Dre Marie-Noël Primeau est titulaire d'un doctorat en médecine de l'Université de Sherbrooke. Elle a fait sa résidence en pédiatrie au CHU de Sherbrooke, suivie de deux années de surspécialisation en allergie et immunologie pédiatriques au Centre universitaire de santé McGill. Elle a ensuite complété deux années de formation postdoctorale en recherche clinique sur les allergies au Johns Hopkins Asthma and Allergy Center. Elle est actuellement membre du département d'allergie-immunologie du CRSSS de Laval et elle est chargée de cours clinique au département de médecine de l'Université de Montréal. Le Dr Primeau est vice-président de l'Association des allergologues et immunologistes du Québec. Elle fait partie du comité scientifique d'Allergie Québec. Le Dr Primeau est membre du Collège des médecins du Québec, de l'Association des allergologues et immunologistes du Québec, du Collège royal des médecins et chirurgiens du Canada, de la Société canadienne d'allergie et d'immunologie clinique du Canada et de l'American Academy of Asthma, Allergie et immunologie.
