Carter is a former All-Canadian volleyball player and OCAA record holder. In 2010, Carter passed on his opportunity to play professionally overseas to start an athletic gym. He opened a one of a kind Sports Performance Training facility called Sport Science Lab and since then, he has worked with professionals from the NHL, UFC, CFL and many more and has extensive experience working with 1000s of clients from beginners to professionals.

He is the only Sport Science Lab Certified Trainer in Canada, the only Level 3 SSL Certified Trainer in all of North America, and he is known as one of the top Sports Performance Specialists in his area with an extensive background in human anatomy and biomechanics.

He is also very familiar and comfortable with addressing possible injuries through training protocols, stretching and joint mobility work. He cares greatly for his clients and understands injury prevention, foundational strength (balance, coordination, etc.), core strength and stability, functional movement, range of motion, flexibility and strength training.
