Sheri is a highly experienced physiotherapist who has been working in orthopedic private practice since graduating from the University of Alberta with a degree in Physical Therapy in 1995. Over the years, she has actively pursued further education to enhance her skills and expand her knowledge. Sheri has completed orthopedic manual therapy courses and achieved her Fellowship with the Canada Association of Manual Therapy in 2002, demonstrating her expertise in this area. She became certified in acupuncture in 2004, offering an additional modality to support her clients' recovery. In 2011, she completed radiology courses, which enable her to order diagnostic imaging like x-rays, ultrasounds, and MRI scans when necessary for her clients. With a keen interest in vestibular rehabilitation and concussion, Sheri has completed specialized courses in these fields. She finds fulfillment in assisting clients dealing with vertigo, dizziness, and other balance issues. Additionally, she has undertaken multiple post-graduate courses in orthopedics, including spinal manipulation, the management of complex whiplash disorders, clinical reasoning, and exercise prescription.
