I’ve combined everything I’ve learned in from my own pregnancies and births (and now perimenopause) and coupled it with all I have learned in the last decade of helping women and created online pelvic floor exercise programs as well as online coaching for women in pregnancy, motherhood and menopause. I was the Canadian importer/distributor for the EPI-NO for 14 years and as of Dec 2018 the product is no longer available in Canada - so sad to see that chapter come to an end but it has opened up space for me to expand my coaching practice. I offer DIY pelvic floor fitness programs and one on one coaching programs for pregnant and non-pregnant women. I help women find their Kegel Mojo™ (even if they have never had kids) and I help pregnant women maintain their core function and Prepare To Push™. I am also the creator of Kegels & Cocktails™ and run live and virtual pelvic health events each year. Why did you choose your current profession?

I hold a BA in Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Health and Fitness. I am a Restorative Exercise Specialist™, a Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Pre/Post Natal Fitness Consultant, a Certified Fitness For Fertility Specialist, a Certified Pfilates (not a typo) Instructor and a Hypopressive Method trainer.
