Adrianna Pirko is a highly skilled and experienced registered physiotherapist with a specialization in Pelvic Health. She obtained her Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto in 2008 and a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from the University of Guelph in 2005. Adrianna has a strong passion for Pelvic Health Physiotherapy and has pursued extensive training in this field. With her advanced knowledge and skills, Adrianna is able to assess, treat, and prevent various male and female pelvic floor dysfunctions. She takes a proactive and evidence-based approach to treatment, focusing on active interventions and creating individualized programs for her clients. Adrianna emphasizes patient education and self-management strategies to empower individuals to take control of their health and achieve their goals. In addition to her expertise in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, Adrianna has acquired certifications in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy from the McKenzie Institute, Bone Fit certification from Osteoporosis Canada, and advanced training in Sport and Therapeutic Taping, Acupuncture, Gait Analysis, and advanced Manual Therapy techniques. She has managed a busy multi-disciplinary clinic, worked closely with Orthopaedic Surgeons in a hospital fracture clinic and outpatient rehabilitation department, and served as part of the Medical Team for the Toronto 2015 Pan Am Games. In addition to her clinical work at Physiohealth Studios, Adrianna also acts as a medical consultant for a large insurance company. Outside of her professional life, Adrianna is an avid rock climber, ice climber, and alpinist. She has a deep love for adventure and spends her free time exploring different parts of the world in search of new climbing challenges.
