Yoga will help with anxiety, it will help calm your mind, it will help calm your nervous system and it will generally help you relax.

In yoga, we focus a lot of the breath. So all the yoga poses are about the mind and body connection. You're using your focus on just the breath, and you're only coming into poses where you can keep your breath as well.
