{CERTIFIED HEALTH COACH AND PILATES INSTRUCTOR} KATIE BURNS Katie is a multi-passionate wellness enthusiast with a background in business administration, culinary management and nutrition. Additionally, she loves helping people learn how to embrace movement through TMB’s signature Pilates style. She’s experienced first hand how changing health habits and incorporating positive daily habits can transform your entire life. She believes that you become a happier person all around when multiple areas of your life are in alignment and thinks that everybody deserves to feel excited and happy to wake up and start their day. In her spare time she enjoys cooking (always with music and a glass of wine), watching scary movies and doing anything in the sunshine. And when the sun isn’t around, she likes to curl up with a good book or two, as well as partake in regular meditations to keep herself centered and in alignment.
