Dr. Jennifer Teasdale is a family and sports chiropractor. She received her Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Calgary and Chiropractic Doctorate at the University of Western States. Dr. Jenn is also a registered yoga instructor and spin instructor. Dr. Jenn has spent the past decade helping people recover from injuries, achieve athletic goals, co-manage childhood conditions such as scoliosis, torticollis, plagiocephagy, reflux and constipation, as well as, supporting Women through the prenatal and postnatal transition. Dr. Jenn has also worked as the chiropractor for The Alberta Ballet Company and has knowledge working with competitive contemporary and ballet dancers. Dr. Jennifer Teasdale has had special training in treating prenatal and pediatric populations and is Webster certified. The Webster technique is used throughout pregnancy to help reduce pelvic pain, lower back pain and sciatica. Dr. Jenn uses an evidence-based approach that is holistic. She believes that YOU are the expert of your own body. She will listen and observe carefully during every visit to become in tune with your needs. Her treatments may incorporate, gentle chiropractic adjusting, active release techniques, Graston, Kinesiotape, nutritional guidance, rehabilitative exercise and lifestyle counselling to empower patients on their health and wellness journey. Dr. Jenn loves being a chiropractor and her passion and enthusiasm is infectious! When not in the clinic, Dr. Jenn loves spending time with her family, and can typically be found in a yoga or spin studio or running in the mountains.
