    She's a very caring person. She will get straight to the point and she's thorough. I agree with the no nonsense approach stated in one of the comments, it doesn't make her less caring but some who are extra sensitive will take it personally. My children both love her too and that's extremely important.

    She really takes the time with her patients. She may have a no nonsense approach but she definitely cares. My children love her also and that's saying a lot.

    She dr. Arsenault is money hungry and doesnt seem to want to help her patients as she seems to look only at them as a paycheck...
