Written information about what is going on in my body PHYSICALLY would be very helpful. I often don't retain information from appointments well. Also suggestions on meditation/mindfullness apps is offensive, most people with conditions that cause constant pain have already zenned themselves out as much as they can before pestering a doctor so the "helpful" suggestion to simply do that more shows complete disregard for the patient, just letting their horrible condition play out, heartless.
