There are many different mineral and multivitamin supplements on the market.

They come in many different forms, but the most common forms are in pill form and capsules. For men, you won't find iron in a lot of the vitamin supplements as we don't generally recommend iron for men. However, women's formulas will have iron to help prevent anemia.
