He incorporates movement and rehabilitation techniques to promote muscle and joint health, and he takes pleasure in assisting his patients in setting and achieving their goals for long-term health and wellness. In his practice, Dr. Vellner specializes in using movement to help patients overcome their limitations and achieve feats they may have thought were impossible. He finds great satisfaction in utilizing rehabilitation strategies to help individuals reduce their fear of movement or reinjury. He enjoys working with people of all fitness and ability levels, assisting them in managing their pain, whether it is chronic or acute. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Vellner leads an active lifestyle. He enjoys hiking with his wife, dog, and new baby. Additionally, he engages in weight training, running, swimming, and various other activities to maintain his fitness. In addition to his chiropractic career, Dr. Vellner is an accomplished athlete who competes annually at the CrossFit Games. He has achieved podium finishes four times and continues to strive for the title of "fittest man on earth."
