Terrible. Absolutely frustrating trying to contact Shapiro, every appointment the ending is the same and the problem never solved or helped. As for the secretaries....USELESS, every call its a voicemail. Must be nice getting paid to do nothing or the complete bare minimum from 9-4 huh. Just absolutely unacceptable service from Shapiro and her secretaries.

Absolutely useless. Dismissive and rude. Makes things worse whenever you do what she says because she doesn’t listen in the first place. Cuts you off mid-sentence to tell you your time is up and kicks you out. I’m done for.

This lady is the definition of useless. Her only goal is to get you on as many pills as possible even if they cause more harm than good. She doesn’t listen to or even appear to care about her patients. I plan on switching neurologists asap.

This lady is not worth your time. She barely listens to her patients nor does she even care to speak with them more than once every six months. Rude, arrogant, and her only interest is getting you on as many prescriptions as possible. Thank GOD I'm in Toronto for a consultation next week.
