I started seeing Dr. Kaur during the pandemic. She is pretty direct in her assessment-which isn't a bad thing. She discussed which medications she wanted to try and why, which is more than the other doctors I've seen. She also discusses lifesyle choices ( sleep, diet, exercse) in a lot of detail. I feel very comfortable speaking to her. My mother now sees her as well and is happy with her too. Our neurological conditions are now well controlled and we see her on an as needed basis!

I was referred to Dr. Kaur from the UHN as she was closer to me for management of epilepsy. She is attentive, compassionate and knowledgeable. She was able to switch me from one medication to another due to severe sedating side effects. We worked on a plan together, and she made sure I was comfortable with the schedule. Anytime I've called her office, she calls me back with in 24 hours usually with in a few hours. She doesn't rush to get off the phone or try to get out the door. She is punctual. The one drawback is that it can be difficult to get through to a live receptionist from time to time. If you call her main assistant, its not an issue then. Her assistant is just absolutely fantastic as well! Excellent experience overall

I'm surprised by some of the reviews here about Dr. Kaur. I've seen her on and off for the last 4 years. First I saw her for headaches and neck pain then memory concerns. I've always found her to be very thoughtful, polite and caring. I've never felt rushed with her. My visit with her for memory lasted about two hours. I feel very fortunate to have her as my neurologist and would highly recommend her.

For years I've suffered from migraines. Some months it was on daily basis. Over the years, I was told it was all in my head. I was referred to Dr. Kaur. I really feel lucky to have her as my Neurologist. She listened and did not judge when I wanted to try managment, initially without medications. After some time, we tried medications slowly. This slow approach has been so helpful. She is supportive and understanding, as well as very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her.

Wasn't examed. Drove 10+ hours to see her and left crying. She's very cocky in how she speaks to you, lacks compassion and empathy.

I met with Dr.Kaur for my headaches, which have been occurring for the last few years. First I saw her NP , then I met with Dr. Kaur, who actually listened. She suggested that I did not have typical migranes but another headache subtype and put me on the right meds. Finally I have relief. I am so grateful to her!!

I saw Dr.Kaur with my mother who was diagnosed with Dementia with Lewy Body. From the beginning, the entire staff was very supportive. Dr.Kaur has been amazing. She listens to our concerns and is always very respectful. Our issues were addressed in a very logical manner. Added bonus- she actually responds to phone calls with in a day! She looks at every possible treatment option, including clinical trials ,and lets us know about it so we can make a decision that's best for mom. We are so grateful to Dr.Kaur!

This dr. simply took about THREE minutes to conclude the discussion. Then I had to asked her what should I do to get better. In my opinion i feel sorry for her patients ( I am not any more). Oh yes. she said her office would call and book me my next appointment. HMM . It is more than 24 hours now... Nobody called..

My Wife was diagnosed with Dementia last year 2019. We are very fortunate to be assigned to Dr. M. Kaur. From day one Dr. Kaur and her team approached the situation with great concern and eagerness to make a proper diagnosis as my was just 59 at the time. Dr. Kaur treated us with great respect and professionalism. If I could pick on one strait that stands out, I have to say that Dr. Kaur had a very calm demeanor and soft spoken. Immediately I knew that we were at the right place and can only see a positive future. All the best Dr. Kaur and we will continue seeing you. William
