He was born in Africa and later moved to Vancouver with his family in 1973. Dr. Shivji obtained his BSc in Biology from the University of British Columbia in 1989 and went on to complete his DMD degree from the Faculty of Dentistry at UBC in 1993. With over 28 years of experience, Dr. Shivji has been practicing dentistry in Vancouver since graduating. He has a passion for continuous learning and has pursued additional education and training in various areas of dentistry. This includes post-doctoral courses in occlusion (bite), implants, oral conscious sedation, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and laser dentistry. By staying up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry, Dr. Shivji ensures that his patients receive the most effective and modern treatments available. Dr. Shivji believes in personalized patient education and strives to help his patients achieve optimal oral health.
