Select a city to view Yoga Instructors at that location.
Your Yoga instructor is an individual who has completed qualifications and certification. There are many different types of yoga, including hatha, Bikram, and Ashtanga. Prenatal yoga is a popular way for moms-to-be to stay in shape during pregnancy, as long as patients consult with their health care provider beforehand. In working with students a teacher can educate them on restorative yoga, yoga for digestion, yoga for arthritis, mom and baby yoga, yoga for anxiety and yoga for osteoporosis.
The Canadian Yoga Alliance has been active since 2004 with a growing membership of over 2000 Canadian yoga teachers.
