A vasectomy is where the tube that goes from the testes to the back of the prostate is either cut or soldered or in some way obstructed so that the sperm made in the testes don’t make it into the seminal ejaculate.

That doesn’t have anything to do with your ability to get an erection, to have sexual interest, or to reach orgasm and you will still have an ejaculate. It’s just there shouldn’t be any sperm in it anymore.
