Agar ghar mein shaadi ho ya phir koi vacation planned ho toh log kuch dino ke liye khaane ki maatra ko kaafi kam kar dete hain taaki zyaada se zyaada vajan kam ho sake. Lekin aise crash diets medically recommended nahi hote hain. Adarsh roop mein vajan ko kaeen saalo se niyantran mein rakhna zaroori hota hain.

Crash diet mein haani yeh hain ki log aise diets ko sirf kam samay ke liye paalan kar sakte hain aur jaise hi aap apne purane khaane ki aadat dobara shuru kartein hain to vajan turant badhne lag jaata hain. Jab koi insaan crash dieting shuru karta hain toh uske shareer mein ghrelin hormone ka utpadan badh jaata hain, jiski vajah se khaane ki talabh ya “cravings” kaafi badh jaati hain. Usi waqt, leptin aur GLP-1 naam ke 2 hormone ka santulan nashth ho jaata hain jiski vajah se bhookh pe kaaboo nahin reh paata hain. Isiliye aam taur pe aise crash diet zyaada samay ke liye kaamiyaab nahi ho paatein Crash dieting ki ek samasya yeh bhi hain ki jab bhi vajan jald ghatne lagta hain tab charbi yaani fat ke saath muscle loss bhi hoti hain. Iska matlab yeh hain ki sharir mein muscles ki shakti kam ho jaati hain aur sharirik kamjori ho jaati hain. Isiliye yeh zaroori hain ki jab aap dieting karein toh saath hi mein exercise bhi karein taaki muscles ki shakti barkaraar rahein. Medically sabse surakshit diet wohi hota hain jismein aapko santulit ya balanced roop mein khaane ke saare ansh mile jaise ki protein, fat aur carbohydrates. Jab aap khaane ki taadad ya quantity ko niyamit roop se kam karte hain toh dheemein aur surakshit roop se vajan kam hota hain aur yeh vajan waapis aasani se nahi badhta hain.
