Shona Cekelis, Counsellor and Yoga Instructor Shona Cekelis is a yoga instructor with over 17 years of experience teaching hatha yoga. She specializes in a gentle approach to yoga. Shona has teacher training certificates in hatha and yin yoga and is also trained in meditation, yoga safety, fitness theory, ergonomics, adult learning and coaching. Shona is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
