He studied Kinesiology with a specialization in Exercise Science at the University of the Fraser Valley, where he developed a strong foundation in understanding the body’s functions and applying that knowledge to practical health solutions.

In his free time, Maabud enjoys staying active through swimming and working out. Having been active most of his life, he also played basketball in high school and continues to explore ways to optimize physical performance for peak function.
