Breiana Harkison is a kinesiologist who loves helping people move better and feel their best. Breiana graduated from Camosun College with a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Therapy.

While earning her degree, she worked with the UVic Field Hockey and Rugby teams, gaining hands-on experience and even traveling to Toronto, where the field hockey team won nationals. These experiences fueled her passion for guiding others through recovery and building confidence in their movement. She focuses on active rehabilitation, to create personalized plans that support their unique goals.

Outside of work, Breiana loves staying active and exploring the outdoors. You’ll often find her playing soccer, hiking trails, or spending time with her two dogs, Keava and Bowser. She’s passionate about helping people get back to doing what they love and finds joy in connecting with her clients along the way.
