Lauren graduated from the University of Windsor with a bachelor of Human Kinetics, Movement Science. She then went on to complete a post-graduate certificate in Exercise Science and Lifestyle Management from Humber College. Lauren's desire to help others lead her to complete a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from Queen's University.
Through her hand therapy placement in school and work experience, she realized her passion for treating hand and upper limb injuries. Lauren completed the hand therapy fellowship program through the Roth McFarlane Hand & Upper Limb Centre at St. Joseph's hospital in London, ON, and has gone on to become a Certified Hand Therapist.
