Born and raised in Busan, South Korea, I immigrated to Canada at the age of 7 with my family. I completed a degree in Science at the University of Waterloo before pursuing dentistry at the University of Sydney. Having practiced dentistry since 2018, it was a goal of mine to open a practice of my own in hope of serving more Vancouverites.    Together with Dr Gloria Jung, we created Lux Dental with the idea of bringing together innovative techniques and state-of-the-art technology. As a general dentist, I have great passion in providing comfortable and aesthetic care to my patients. Understanding that many patients have different goals with their oral health, I hope to bridge preventive care with helping patients achieve their custom designed smiles. I believe that having a smile that you are confident in can greatly impact your overall health and mental well being. As such, it is a goal of mine to help as many patients achieve their custom designed smiles.    Outside of dentistry, I have great interest in snowboarding and rock climbing. If I am not outdoors however, I do enjoy gaming as well during my time off. As they say, a healthy balance key!
