Dr. Tamara Holowka Advanced Vitality Chiropractor. Pre/Post Natal and Pediatric Chiropractic Care Trained. ​ Languages: English and Ukrainian Dr. Tamara has been practicing for over 20 years in the Greater Toronto Area and is dedicated to creating a community of families who strive to obtain health and wellness through chiropractic care. This journey of continued wellness begins at the prenatal and infancy stage and continues throughout life. Her main goal is to educate, inspire and encourage enduring health for her patients. Dr. Tamara is passionate about treating the cause and not just the symptoms. ​ Dr. Tamara graduated from University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology and continued to pursue her education in Davenport Iowa where she completed her Doctor of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1998. She continued to study prenatal, postnatal and pediatric care with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. ​ With two active daughters in skating, dance and skiing, chiropractic has played a vital role in their athletic performance and their ability to heal from injury and return to training and competition quickly. Weekends are spent with friends, family enjoying the outdoors, She enjoys cooking and travelling, and is always ready to explore, dream and discover.
