    dr Sheldon hershkop is guilty of altering and making false statements on my medical records I asked him for , solely for the purpose of misrepresenting me and damaging my reputation , why? only because he didn't like me...I challenged him because I was NOT like others at the clinic I attended to see him and he is a doctor who desires a sense of power. he made false innacurate statements , changed others ….he would not release my medical records for weeks saying " he needed to review them first ...it took weeks to get them...instead he altered and changed information....it should have been a " near perfect" evaluation as I was completely sober and drug free the entire 8 months...but that's NOT what he submitted...does he think that the entire staff and pharmacists will agree along with his lies? I think others may actually have a conscience....he committed a serious medical mal[practice and I will contact every agency to report him...he is obviously not aware that I was also seeing another physician at the same time that can verify that his statements are false and fabricated and exaggerated diann e hennenfent thunderbay
