Dr. Shakiba Djeddi is a graduate of Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She also earned an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Integrative Biology and Health Studies from University of Toronto. Dr. Djeddi is a diversified practitioner and is also certified in Activator Method and Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University. Dr. Djeddi keeps her self-updated with the current literature and researches on regular bases and incorporate her evidence-based knowledge in her practice in order to provide an effective and the best available care to her patients. Dr. Djeddi is a wellness expert and her main goal is to keep focus on the patient’s well-being in order to make a difference in their quality of life. She uses a wide range of treatments and techniques including but not limited to chiropractic adjustments, medical acupuncture, soft tissue release techniques, joint mobilization/traction, kinesio-taping, MRT, Activator Method, and Graston Technique – an instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization that can effectively heal tissues showing soft tissue fibrosis or chronic inflammation.
