    Dr. Macdougal assessed me in the ER at Juravinski. He was kind, friendly and extremely detailed in his assessment and treatment plan. Despite what appeared to be pandemonium in the ER, he took time, was calm and helped me understand my injury. This man is a gem!

    did not provide answers to my questions in a recent E.R assessment. Was rude and did not want to see me as he had his resident question me and felt I should not have gone to E.R for my health problem after having been referred to E.R by three different doctors. Hope never to see him again.
