It's great that you're considering chiropractic care for various conditions. Chiropractors can indeed provide treatments to address neuromusculoskeletal issues, including those related to scoliosis, hip and pelvis pain, and shoulder arthritis. However, it's important to consult with a qualified healthcare professional, such as a local chiropractor, to determine the most appropriate treatment approach for your specific situation.

For scoliosis, chiropractic care may involve spinal adjustments and exercises aimed at improving posture and reducing spinal curvature. A chiropractor can assess the severity of scoliosis and provide appropriate treatment recommendations.

In the case of hip and pelvis pain, chiropractors can assess the underlying cause of the pain and provide treatments such as spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, exercises, and other modalities to alleviate symptoms and promote healing.

Regarding shoulder arthritis, chiropractors may offer non-surgical treatment options to help manage the condition. These options can include rest, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDs), chiropractic adjustments to improve range of motion, corticosteroid injections, and heat/cold therapy. However, the specific treatment plan would depend on the individual's condition and should be discussed with a chiropractor.

Remember, while chiropractic care can be beneficial for many individuals, it's important to have a thorough evaluation by a qualified healthcare professional to ensure that the treatments are appropriate for your specific needs. Consulting with a local chiropractor would allow you to discuss your condition in detail and determine the best course of action.

Just got my diagnosis from a foot surgeon. Collapsed (misaligned) feet with non functional medial arches. This was the result of Dr. Trochta's treatment at Brock Chiropractic for plantar fasciitis after walking 10 days in minimalist shoes. To improve my new condition requires both feet to be broken and the bones realigned. I'm now disabled because of Dr. trochta and his team at Brock Chiropractic, which is just down the road from Brock University.

I walked in minimalist shoes for 10 days when my feet and calves became very soar. I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis by Dr. Trochta and was sold chiro care and physio. Due to their treatments (feet, hips and back) I have not been able to return to a normal life. I'm left with both feet locked up, a tight lower back and a constant pull in my neck and shoulders. I now realize my injury required rest and time to heal, not having my feet yanked on so hard that I had to hold on to the table because my whole body was being pulled and so on... long story. I wish I would've gone to a real medical doctor and gotten the proper advise and care. (I'm not a big fan of pills but I know I don't have to take them if I don't want to.) Had I seen a real doctor or a good chiro who's not out to make the money I would've healed within weeks or months and returned to cycling, hiking, working, ect... Trusting Dr. Trochta with my body turned out to be the biggest mistake in my life.

I walked in minimalist shoes for 10 days and my feet + ankles became very soar. Diagnosed by dr.Trochta plantar faciitus. An injury which doesn't require a chiro or a physio but Brock Chiropractic sold me both. Long story short, it's been 5yrs now and I'm left with jammed up feet along with other difficulties and discomfort through out my body. I've yet been able to return to cycling, hiking, kyaking, working, ect. Dr. Trochta is untrustworthy, unethical and cruel, and shouldn't be allowed to practice. I trusted them with my body and it turned out to be the biggest mistake in my life.

They jammed up both of my feet making them dysfunctional as a result of their chiro/physio treatments, some without concent, for plantar faciitus. It's been 5yrs now and I've literally been made disabled. I don't believe for a minute that this was an accident. Long story that needs to be told.
