Dr. Nicole da Silva is an evidenced based chiropractor in Toronto, Ontario. In 2020, she graduated with honours from the Doctor of Chiropractic program at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). She also completed the Neurofunctional Acupuncture program from McMaster University. Prior to CMCC, she received her Bachelor of Science Degree with distinction in Health Sciences in 2016. ​ Dr. Nicole da Silva believes in the importance of understanding her patients as a whole. She takes the time to understand their entire medical history and chief complaint. During a thorough physical examination Dr. da Silva helps to not only diagnose the chief complaint but underlying patterns and comorbidities that contributed to the diagnosis/es. Dr. da Silva believes in the importance of interprofessional care and has a large referral network to ensure her patients are getting the best care for their needs. With the understanding that each patient is unique, Dr. da Silva ensures every patients treatment plan is tailored to their values, comfort level, and expectations. Her goal is to provide streamlined and stress-free care so that her patients can focus on getting better and achieving their best quality of life. ​ In her free time, you can find Dr. da Silva running, doing a HIIT workout at F45, or catching up with friend. She also enjoys being a trainer at F45 Leaside where she helps members achieve their fitness goals.
