Dr. Natalie Labelle is a highly skilled chiropractor with a strong background in kinesiology and sports science. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology with Honours from the University of Western Ontario in 1996. She then pursued her passion for chiropractic care and obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2000. Driven by her commitment to excellence and specialization in sports chiropractic, Dr. Labelle furthered her education by completing the International Chiropractic Sports Science Diploma through the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic in 2007. This diploma provided her with advanced knowledge and skills in managing sports-related injuries and optimizing athletic performance. Dr. Labelle has extensive training and certifications in various manual therapy techniques. She is a full-body certified provider in Active Release Technique (ART), a highly effective method for treating soft tissue injuries and improving muscle function. She is also a Graston Instrument-assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization Provider, which allows her to utilize specialized tools to address soft tissue restrictions and promote healing. With a keen interest in running and athletic injuries, Dr. Labelle has pursued additional training in running biomechanics and gait analysis. This expertise allows her to assess and optimize the biomechanics of runners, helping them improve performance and prevent injuries. She is also experienced in custom orthotic prescription, which can play a significant role in correcting foot and gait abnormalities. Dr. Labelle's passion for chiropractic education led her to become a part-time faculty member at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Outside of her professional endeavors, Dr. Labelle is an avid runner and has completed four marathons, including the Chicago Marathon for which she is currently in training. She has also served as the Team Chiropractor for the Toronto FCOF soccer team, working with athletes of various ages and levels of competition, ranging from recreational athletes to Olympians.
