Dr. Morris Huang is a dentist who provides patient-centered comprehensive care. He believes in taking the time to listen and understand his patients in order to deliver the best possible care. Dr. Huang graduated from the University of British Columbia with a bachelor's degree in Microbiology & Immunology, during which time he conducted research and published on topics related to colon cancer. In 2017, he received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of British Columbia. Driven by his passion for dentistry, he continues to learn from industry leaders through lectures, continuing education, and personal mentorship. He dedicates hundreds of hours each year to expanding his knowledge in various specialized fields of dentistry, ensuring he stays at the forefront of the current state of the profession. Giving back to the community is an important aspect of Dr. Huang's life. He served as the chair of the dental outreach program at the University of British Columbia Faculty of Dentistry and continues to be an active member and volunteer dentist at the Vancouver Native Health Society – Dental Division. Additionally, he serves as a mentor and lecturer for the FutureDMD charity organization, which educates and inspires pre-dental students worldwide while donating proceeds to families in need in India. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Huang is an avid food enthusiast and enjoys exploring the local food scene. He also cherishes spending time with his wife and two ragdoll cats. In terms of his professional development, Dr. Huang has completed various advanced residencies and is a member of several dental organizations. He graduated from the BITES Dental Implant Institute Comprehensive Implant Residency in 2020 and the T.I.D.E advanced Mini Implant Residency in 2019. He has been a member of the Basic Implant Technology & Education Club and the Fraser Valley Cast Gold Study Club from 2017 to 2018. He is also a member of COMPROSI, a comprehensive prosthodontic and surgical implant study club, since 2018. Furthermore, Dr. Huang is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the Canadian Dental Implant Network, and the BITES Implant Institute. Since 2020, he has been serving as a mentor and lecturer with the FutureDMD charity organization.
