For 17 years, I entrusted Access Alliance with my well-being. Dr. Michael Lukenda stood as the cornerstone of my patient-doctor relationship, a bond so profound that I engraved his name as my next of kin in official documents. The professionalism we shared was unmatched, rooted in a trust that transcended mere medical care. As a refugee without kin, he unknowingly represented my lifeline in a foreign land. Yet, within the walls of Access Alliance Medical Clinic at Kensington Health Centre, a malevolent force thrived. The very embodiment of evil, the women who graced its corridors turned my sanctuary into a nightmarish realm. Fueled by envy towards my connection with Dr. Michael Lukenda, they unleashed an onslaught of cruelty upon me. Their actions lacked all professionalism – I was their target, their victim, and suffering became my daily existence anytime I walked into Kensington Health Centre to visit the Access Alliance clinic where Doctor Michael Lukenda has his practice . They denied me basic compassion, harassing me, gaslighting me, and betraying my trust by withholding crucial medical information. My privacy, once a sanctuary, was obliterated by their invasion. A harrowing incident when I fainted next to an available wheelchair, only to be left helpless and in pain, embodies the depths of their depravity. Even the building's security transformed into a sinister presence, stalking me within the very halls meant to provide solace. I was pushed to the point of defending my safety with pepper spray, an act of desperation against my tormentor. A cry for my medical records was met with the ultimate betrayal – expulsion from the clinic I once believed in. My body, once pristine, is now a testament to their malpractice. The agony is physical and unending – my neck, spine, jaw, pelvis, and hips now bear the scars of their negligence. I attach my photo as a chilling testament, a stark reminder of the agony these walls hold. To Dr. Michael Lukenda, a once-beloved figure turned betrayer of trust, I speak with a voice quivering with pain. Your transformation from a beacon of care to the epitome of callousness is unforgivable. What you allowed to unfold in my life will shadow you into eternity, a haunting specter of remorse. What you did to me will haunt you for the rest of your life, even on your death bed you will think of me. It’s so hard but I know the teachings tell me to forgive, my forgiveness is an act of releasing my pain, but your conscience will bear the burden of your choices. May the divine justice you truly deserve find you. May the God who witnesses my suffering, bless you by dishing out a reckoning worthy of the torment you've inflicted upon me. Amen.
