From a young age, she was exposed to the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle through sport. Dr. O’Neill graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. As a varsity student athlete on the women’s hockey team, Dr. O’Neill saw first hand the benefits of Chiropractic care both on and off the ice. With an innate passion for helping people and a love for anatomy and science, she was instantly drawn to the Chiropractic profession. Dr. O’Neill continued her studies at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Here she gained the tools and knowledge to become a well rounded evidence based practitioner. Dr. O’Neill is passionate about helping patients live in optimal health through movement, nutrition and education. She aims to provide a tailored solution to meet the diverse needs of each patient. She is comfortable treating a myriad of conditions including knee, hip and shoulder pain, nerve related pain, TMJ issues, vertigo and headaches. Dr. O’Neill also has training in Athletic Movement Assessment, Instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization and post natal rehabilitation. Dr. O’Neill recently relocated to Ottawa and is looking forward to the privilege of helping this community move and feel their best. When she is not in the office Dr. O’Neill can be found in the gym, walking her dog and on the hunt for the best cup of coffee in the city.
