Dr. Lindsay McKeeman, DC (she/her), is a chiropractor who is excited to return to her hometown of Comox Valley with her young family. For the past ten years, she has been actively practicing as a chiropractor in Squamish, British Columbia. Dr. McKeeman began her academic journey by earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary in 2005. She further pursued her passion for chiropractic care by obtaining her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, in 2009. With an evidence-based approach, Dr. McKeeman employs a broad scope of practice in her treatments. This includes utilizing diversified adjustments, soft tissue release techniques, postural education, and exercise prescription to help her patients. She has also completed additional post-graduate studies in Active Release Techniques, a specialized soft tissue therapy. Moreover, she is Graston certified, which indicates her training in the use of Graston Technique—a manual therapy technique involving the use of instruments to address soft tissue dysfunction. By incorporating a range of techniques and therapies into her practice, Dr. McKeeman aims to provide comprehensive and effective care for her patients. Her evidence-based philosophy ensures that her treatments are informed by the latest research and best practices in the field.
