Dr. Lily Zayed Bio

Dr. Lily Zayed is the co-founder and clinic director of Spine+ Wellness Centre. Dr. Zayed has been an established chiropractor for the past 14 years and has recently completed her Registered Massage Therapy license making her a dual practitioner. She has been featured in several magazines and newspapers, and has appeared in The Liberal. Her work includes corporate wellness at several notable companies such as Staples Business Depot. Dr. Zayed received her Doctor of Chiropractic from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2006. She has since taken several post-graduate courses in Medical and Cosmetic Acupuncture, Myofascial Release Techniques, and Trigenics. Throughout her career, Dr. Zayed has obtained several certifications such as Soft Tissue Release Technique, and the Webster Technique to name a few. Dr. Zayed is currently a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). She has been successful using the gentle non-invasive Webster Certified technique to help mom and baby throughout pregnancy. Lily holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Toronto. She completed her Registered Massage Therapy diploma at the Royal College of Massage Therapists. Dr. Zayed has a vast experience working with family wellness, postural imbalances, sprains/strains, motor-vehicle and sports-related injuries. She uses a combination of soft tissue techniques such as trigger point therapy, manual therapy, heat, and stretches to provide a comfortable yet effective treatment. She is dedicated to her work and takes an individualized approach with each of her patients. Dr. Zayed has been successful in treating children of all ages. Dr. Zayed’s lifelong passion to chiropractic and massage therapy has assisted her patients in reaching their health goals and peak wellness.
