Not having to wait months on end to see a Specialist. This is not "Dr K's" fault; but a common occurrence in medicine these days. Some patients have been dealing with issues for long periods of time, then faced with a very long wait to see the specialist. The ailment can become much worse during that time. If it's necessary to attend the ER., unless it becomes life-threatening, you're told to see your family doctor. It's like a dog chasing its tail.
