    Cancelled a day prior to appointment after waiting weeks to see her. Urgent Care directed me to see a doctor virtually for a referral to a specialist. Dr. Porter cancelled it stating it "wasn't appropriate for virtual care" despite it being a simple referral and again instructed to me by Urgent Care.
