Bell and his tireless dedication to his patients for over 30 years. Our prime directive is patient care and positive results through the practice of evidence-based chiropractic treatment. Dr. Milne originally trained as a classical musician and having played for the Bolshoi Ballet, he has a special interest in working with musicians and dancers specializing in injury prevention, proper weight-training technique, nutrition and improving overall physical performance, stability and flexibility. He is especially focused on extremity adjusting in the treatment of joint disfunctions related to motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries and other occupational hazards. Dr. Milne is trained and certified in Cox Flexion-Distraction and Decompression Adjusting Technique which is used to treat low back conditions such as degenerated discs, herniated discs, stenosis, Spondylolisthesis and facet syndrome. In addition, he has continued to be a reserve Canadian Army infantry officer for many years. Dr. Milne strives to work closely with all health practitioners in order to deliver the best possible care to his patients
