Dr. Jill Newell Bio

Dr. Jill Newell is a Doctor of Chiropractic and co-owner of Windsor Chiropractic Health Centre. She grew up in Halifax, where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University. She then completed her Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. Dr. Newell practices a diversified approach that incorporates soft tissue therapy, joint mobilizations and manipulations, kinesiotaping, exercise prescription, patient education and a number of modalities such as Laser therapy, Shockwave therapy, and IFC. Dr. Newell has completed a variety of continued education courses to help optimize patient care. She is a full body Active Release Technique provider, certified in Functional Range Conditioning, Graston technique, Rock Tape and Webster Technique (pregnancy). A patient’s treatment plan is individualized to meet each patient’s individual needs. Dr. Newell is a professional member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association, Nova Scotia College of Chiroprators and the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). ​ In her spare time, Dr. Newell can be found enjoying it with her family –husband Andrew, and sons Hunter and Hudson.
