Dr Strauss consistently denied my concerns, dismissed my request for referral and treatments and basically refused to do anything to help me. I went to her with the start of bunions and she told me I was wrong, I was too young for bunions (even tho they were clearly starting on the sides of my feet). 15 years later I have bunions so bad that walking is painful, my knee is ruined from misalignment and my hips and back are in constant pain. I went to her for regular pap tests, all coming back as abnormal but she didn't recommend or refer me to any other doctor or for treatment. Ten years later, a new doctor performed a pap and immediately sent me for several procedures to identify the cause and treat the condition. I nearly lost my uterus because she was too lazy to care. Dr Strauss is a terrible doctor and shouldn't be practicing if she doesn't care about her patients and their concerns. The entire time I was her patient I always felt dismissed and like I was a bother to her. Glad she is no longer my doctor.
