    Dr. Grant Coome was the most condescending and rudest person I have ever encountered. I brought my mother into ER. She can barely walk and down to 90 lbs and can’t keep anything down. He wanted to send her home and only replaced her Iv potassium. He was so rude and said we don’t concern ourselves with nutrition in the emergency department. And to wait for our Feb appointment with the gastroenterologist. I will be putting in a formal complaint at LHSC and his CPSO license. Terrible experience

    I attended the ER due to an infection from Basal Cell Surgery I had in another province 4 days earlier. I was extremely embarrassed as my incision is on my nose and I worried that I had done something to cause the infection. Dr. Coome listened to my concerns and took the time to explain how best to treat the infection. I felt heard by Dr. Coome, He provided me with a prescription for an antibiotic but more than that Dr. Coome calmed my concerns with his patience and kindness.

    Extremely belittling and rude, did no assessment what so ever. I check the “my chart” website to view his record of our interaction because it was such a terrible experience and I found that he submitted a blank form!

    Dismissive, condescending and arrogant. Went to emergency @ St Joseph's in London due to major pain, was referred to emergency to rule out kidney stones, and his response was to prescribe me Percocets, which I stated I didn't want. He is completely unprofessional.

    went through emerg @ St Joseph in London & he was so rude & wouldn't do anything to help me .I think I have a twisted bowel & he wouldn't do anything & I am in such pain & he didn't even check my stomach. I left crying. I have never seen such a rude doctor.
