    I have been a patient of Dr. Fung's for over 6 years. He is quiet, reserved, and businesslike, but he knows his stuff. He has been accurate in his diagnosis (based on the result of his treatment) on every visit. I can see where some people who need "hand holding" might not like him as much, but the thing I like best about him is that, maybe because I try not to waste his time, he tries not to waste mine.

    What a poor experience and waste of time speaking with this "Doctor"... Rude, abrupt and not helpful. Go somewhere else, it's no wonder his schedule is wide open on AppleTree.

    One of the worst doctors I have encountered so far. His appointments are about 2 minutes long and he will just push you off the phone and interrupt if you try to say anything. I’ve had 2 appointments with him and both were completely useless as he didn’t prescribe or even care to solve the issue. Don’t waste your time on him, book a different doctor

    Dr Fung was very rude to me on the phone and refused to give me antibiotics that I clearly needed. He told me to “go back to my old doctor” and hung up abruptly. Have never experienced this level of un professionalism from a doctor before.

    I wish I read the reviews about  Dr. Gerald Fung before I scheduled a virtual appointment with him. I would honestly not even call him a doctor. His secretary was more helpful than him. He is very rude and unhelpful. Hang up without resolving anything and told me to go see a doctor (no referral or anything). I am sorry, I thought that's what you were? I guess that's my mistake. Silly of me of to see a Dr. title in front of his name and assume that he would actually be a helpful doctor doing his job. I am going to report him because I can't even describe how uncomfortable and unprofessional my appointment was with him.
