Erin Sherwood, DC Chiropractor Dr Erin completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at New York Chiropractic College in 2019. She is a full spine and extremity Chiropractor. Her first year in practice, she lived and worked in Colorado before coming back home to Ontario. In Colorado, she treated many athletes and “weekend warriors” helping them to compete or enjoy the outdoors pain-free. Her goal for any patient is to provide them with a better understanding of the reason they are in pain and give them tools they can use to self-manage their injury/pains at home. Dr. Erin is a member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, the Ontario Chiropractic Association and the Canadian Chiropractic Association. Two major components of Dr Erin’s treatment include the chiropractic manual adjustment and rehab exercises. She also incorporates the use of instrument assisted adjusting, instrument assisted/trigger point soft tissue therapies and cupping as other forms of treatment based on the patient’s needs. She looks forward to improving her patient’s ability to move and do what they love, regardless of age!
