Never in my life have I seen anyone so unprofessional. I don't know if this woman has been sheltered all her life or something, but every Doctor I've been to in the city are very reasonable. I came in late by a 15 minutes and explained that it was due to traffic that was out of my control. I left at 9am, and got there at 11am. Usually it takes 45 minutes. The staff told me I had to pay for lateness. In addition, Dr. Kraftcheck saw me and told me that she was willing to take me in anyways despite that I was late. This woman has a big sense of entitlement. She started lecturing me about how it isn't fair for other people and that it was unethical that I came late since there may be other people who need her. What a load of bull.... she ain't working in a hospital nor is she in emergency. But I will tell you that she is working in at a university health centre, which means most of the medical complaints are minor to begin with. Like get over yourself. Who do you think you are? Some hero who is doing the world a favor? I'm ranting too much here in my comment, so I will get to what happened during our session. I needed to get papers filled out for a disability of mine. She started talking about how this isn't even her job and that there should be a fee for paperwork. Unbelievable. In case you didn't know, working in a university health centre means you need to fill medical certificates for students. If you are upset about this, please quit or complain to the school. Her behaviour is unacceptable and the reason why nobody does anything is because they are students. Young, naive and probably not use to this type of garbage.

For someone with so much training, she does not see things in different perspectives and is extremely rude. She does not answer your questions, talks over you and you literally have to put your hand up and tell her to LISTEN. I went to ask her about booking an STD test. I was very nervous because this was my first one done in awhile. Rather than calmly asking me questions, she started to raise her eyebrows, suck in her lips and talk over me about how that's a very low risk. She booked me in one for a blood test anyways, but did not seem happy. Before I left, I asked her if I needed to pay for the test at all to make sure. She said rudely "WELL, we should be charging for these tests anyways but you're lucky enough to be covered" I left and resentfully, cancelled the appointment and went to a public STD clinic. I would not recommend going to her because she does not have the patients interest as a priority.
