Donna has been dedicated to optimizing the health and well-being of her patients in Invermere since 1996. She is passionate about empowering people with tools and choices to empower their wellness. Donna utilizes evidence based therapies drawing on her knowledge of biomechanical, neurological and fascial modalities in a heart centered, integrated approach to healing. Her treatments include Activator instrument assisted or manual adjustments, mobilization, myofascial release and active rehab coupled with ergonomic training. With a focus on general family practice Donna has extensive training and experience helping the pediatric and geriatric population. Together with her husband and clinic partner, John, she has raised two sons who are now adults. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Family Resource Center, the Windermere Valley Ski Club and the Columbia Valley Youth Soccer Association and values giving back to the community where she lives and works. Donna also runs an online school and platform, is an occasional blogger and speaker at retreats, corporate events and in academic settings. Donna acknowledges & respects the Ktunaxa ɁamakɁis and Secwepemcúl’ecw peoples on whose traditional territory her clinic and home stand. She feels honored to work with both bands to provide care for their members.
