Dr. David Poulin, chiropractor DC graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR) in 2012. After his graduation he started practicing in his profession in the Montréal area before moving and found the Allumettières Chiropractic Clinic , in the greater Ottawa-Gatineau in 2015.
He participates annually in the annual continuing education provided by the Quebec chiropractors board. With his ex-athlete experience in short track speed skating and having a strong interest in running, he will meet the specific needs of as many people who want to get fit as confirmed athletes.

Dr. Chelsea Delorme developed a passion for movement and the human body at a young age as a competitive dancer and later as a dance educator and choreographer. She was intrigued by proper training and movement in order to build strength, mobility, and control. During this time, she became more acutely aware of all the benefits of movement, exercise and physical activity, as well as of the negative consequences of injuries that could be caused by certain repetitive or improper movements. As a dance educator, she has always focused on prevention through specific and appropriate conditioning to prepare the body for each new challenge and to avoid future injury. These interests brought her to the University of Ottawa and Carleton University where she completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts with Honours, and psychology degree. Following this, she was admitted to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) where she studied anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, orthopedics, diagnostics and radiology. After 4 years of study, she received her doctorate in chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

Dr Audréa Bertrand, chiropractor is residing in the beautiful region of the Outaouais. Having been raised in the Outaouais, it was a natural choice for her to return after 5 years of study in the specialty of chiropractic at the Université du Québec in Trois-Rivières (UQTR). During her studies, Dr Bertrand received experience while volunteering with the Community Chiropractic Clinic and as the chiropractic intern for the UQTR Patriotes’ women’s soccer team. While studying, she received practical experience when participating in the humanitarian trip to Bolivia in 2019 while providing chiropractic care to the local population.
Freshly graduated in 2020, Dr Bertrand is passionate about the biomechanics of the human body and its performance as much in the daily life activities as competitive or recreational sport. Being a former competitive volleyball athlete for the Cégep de l’Outaouais and for the Rouge et Or at Laval University, it was appropriate to continue to improve her knowledge with the Short Graduate Program in sports chiropractic.
Dr Bertrand always has her patient’s health at heart, and this is her motivation to stay up to date and keep an evidence-based practice. Passionate about chiropractic, she treats patients of all ages, from toddlers to the elderly, with a keen interest in sports patients.

Dr. Heidi Gagné-Montcalm, chiropractor is a native of the Outaouais region. Ever since she was little, physical activity has been part of her life. Geneviève Cloutier has been interested in movement and the human body since childhood. Trained in classical ballet by the Académie de Danse de l’Outaouais, she grew up in this universe. In 2006, she graduated from the Academy of Massage and Orthotherapy in Gatineau (400 hour program – Swedish relaxing and therapeutic massage). In 2016, she became interested in motherhood and wanted to develop her approach related to maternity and perinatal care. Geneviève then completed a massage training course adapted for pregnant women (35 hours) at Massotech, a massage school well known for the quality of these training courses. During the same year, she attended a second training in Thai massage on futon (35 hours) given by Le Centre Orchidée, a massage therapy school in the National Capital region. From then on, Geneviève has developed the taste for deep tissue and therapeutic massages. In 2019, she continues to work at Nordik Spa-Nature as well as at home. During this year, she signed up for training in Thai manual therapy (600 hours), in-depth training on anatomy and joint mobilizations. During this training, Geneviève succeeds and integrates techniques such as deep tissue, Thai approach to body and foot massage and Ashi-Thai.
Over time, she has worked in massage therapy in different environments and this, tirelessly in order to perfect her style as massage therapist. With a passion for teaching, Alexander Boudreau spent his early life as a water safety instructor. You may have even seen him on the pool deck during his decade long tenure as an instructor. After studying nursing in college, Alexander took interest in manual therapy and pain modulation through massage techniques. In 2017, Alexander graduated from the Massage and Orthotherapy Academy training program (420-hours) and began his career at the Nordik Spa-Nature. Ever curious to learn more about his domain, he completed numerous post-graduate training programs allowing him to practice a wide variety of massage techniques, such as the Californian, the Tuina, the Thaï, the Lomi-lomi and the deep tissue massage. It is for the latter that Alexander discovered a strong affinity as such he dedicates himself to perfecting his deep tissue massage technique continuously.
Applying himself further academically he began his 5-year study program at the School of Professional Osteopaths of Quebec in late 2019. As a full time, osteopathic student, he continues to grow his professional baggage in massage therapy every week!
In 2021, drawn back to his teaching roots, Alexander began teaching Biology adapted to massage therapy at an accredited school for massage therapy. This same year, he decided to apply his talents as a member of the team at the multidisciplinary clinic, La Clinique Chiropratique des Allumettières where he is happy to offer his services to the public.
Kelly-Ann Lavergne, massage therapist
Passionate about physical activity and human functioning as a whole, Kelly-Ann Lavergne made her place in the world of triathlon very quickly, both as an athlete and as a triathlon and bodybuilding coach while studying for a bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Ottawa. Over the years, she specialized in running and perinatal training. It was with the primary mission of prescribing training that optimizes injury prevention that interest in massage therapy surfaced by graduating in 2021 from the Academy of Massage and Orthotherapy (420-hour program).
