Je suis certain que c' est une personne compétente. Malheureusement l arrogance fait que malgré son dévouement je prend le temps de écrire ce simple message. Elle a de la chance de faire partie de ce système ou les clients doivent être patients. Je comprend maintenant a 100% que je dois quitter le Canada. La suffisance de Mme Eibook me rend...malade. Pas capable ce type de personne. Plus capable de ce système, juste pas pour moi. Danielle a juste fait déborder le vase. J ai demandé quelque chose de très très simple, facile et utile. Une prise de sang. C' est tout. Pas possible? Pourquoi? Une chatte n' y retrouverais pas ses chatons!
