Growing up in Peterborough, he actively participated in various sports, including hockey, football, rugby, and lacrosse, which fueled his interest in performance and movement. Dr. Calow pursued his studies in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 2011. His experiences in chiropractic as a high school football player, combined with his passion for movement, rehabilitation, and therapy, led him to pursue a career in chiropractic. In June 2015, Dr. Calow graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, becoming a licensed chiropractor. Along the way, he also received accreditation as a Contemporary Medical Acupuncture provider through the McMaster University Contemporary Acupuncture program. Dr. Calow's primary goal is to improve the lifestyle of each patient by reducing pain, enhancing movement, and maximizing function. He achieves this by assessing, diagnosing, and devising individualized care plans to treat conditions and injuries affecting the muscles, joints, and nerves of the body.
