  My Partner was verbally and mentally abused by dr Dana Sarca yesterday afternoon. He went in for a mental health issue and was met with her cussing at him and saying things like "ooh, you are all F**ing doctors now" "You people treat hairdressers with more respect than you treat me" she wrote down a prescription for Zoloft, without providing any information, side-effects, medical notes, nothing at all, and continued to verbally abuse him by saying "Get the F*** out of my office, find another family doctor and never F***ing come back, I never want to see you f***ing again" I filed a formal complain with the medical office by speaking to the office administrator and then followed up in writing and am waiting to hear back on their resolution while i continue to pursue things on my end and file additional complaints woth the ministry of health and the ontario college of physicians. Be very careful attending this medical center as she should not have been allowed to attend patients that day if she was not in a fit state to do so which dr Seegobin confirmed to me over the phone that she was not and that he could not even addreas the issue with her on that day due to the state in which she was in. I will continue to pursue this matter by all means necessary until the proper actions are taking as her conduct puts peoples helth and lives at risk.
