Dr. Christopher Tousignant is in his 23rd year in practice as a chiropractor. He graduated from The University of Guelph in 1994. He then went on to attend the four-year chiropractic program at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. Fairview Chiropractic Clinic was established in 2000 by Dr. Tousignant and his wife Dr. Tanya Horvath. The first location was within the Fairview Medical Arts building. It was here that Dr. Tousignant established relationships with other health-care professionals. In order to provide the best possible care for his patients, Dr. Tousignant collaborates with family doctors, nurse practitioners, physiotherapists, registered massage therapists, osteopaths and other specialists. Dr. Chris uses a variety of techniques including spinal manipulation, therapeutic ultrasound, electrotherapy, muscle release techniques and exercise therapy. He partners closely with his patients to tailor a plan of management that meets their specific needs. Dr. Tousignant is passionate on helping and motivating his patients. Dr. Chris has a passion for exercise and healthy eating. He believes in a preventative and active approach to health and wellness. When he is not at the office, he enjoys time with his family. He loves being active on the trails or on the water.
